Very clean environment for it being filled with running screaming kids. Helpful staff. Good prices on their menu. And 15 buck for an hour of fun for the kids is very reasonable.
BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!! All these other people in the reviews are complaining because there children get hurt, DO NOT BRING LITTLE KIDS HERE THE BEST AGE TO BRING CHILDREN ARE 5 AND UP little kids can jump around in free jump, play basketball, and jump in the foam pit. Older people can do everything including dodgeball.BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD
I didn't like this place at all. Little kids don't have a divided area to play so they don't run into the bigger kids space... I'll prefer Jumparoos...I think is better for little kids.
Took my grandkids there on 17 Aug. They had fun until they needed to use the restroom. Both restrooms were closed, out of order! They should inform people the restrooms are closed before they collect any money for play time!!! I paid $38 for 2 kids and we had to leave early, to take my grandson somewhere to use the restroom. I am definitely not a Happy customer.
My son loves the place, but the staff is not so friendly I asked a staff member to clean up the table that I was sitting at she wouldn't, she just walked away. I asked to speak to the manager and wham he came out to speak with me he defended her actions. Then he turned the table and made the about my child.
