I recently bought a pair of tires at this shop. I went back today to find out why only after taking it out twice the tires fell flat. When I showed up to explain what was wrong, a male employee interrupted me and was extremely defensive about how many times I rode it. Then the girl clerk pointed out that they had a lot of bikes to repair and wouldn't have it ready today but called an hour later. Not only were they unhelpful but had horrible customer service. I understand that its the end of the day but you should never turn down a customer or show how overwhelmed you are on the job. Get it together there's no excuse.
They have nice new bikes for sale. The owner is knowledgeable but his staff is not. I paid for a bike build from shipment and i received it with loose bolts. I've gone in for parts and they usually don't have them or they pull out a used part form a box of random bike parts. I can only recommend them if you're looking for a quick and easy bike fix or for a new bike.
Terrible service. Spent $200 on a tune-up and some bering replacement. The things that I wanted to be fix, like bleeding my breaks and adjusting the tension of the gear cable just a little are the 2 issues that are worst, on the breaks they just install a set of breakpads but no bleeding done and now after 1 month of hard use the break pads are still touching the disk. Not only that, they forgot to install the screw that holds the breakpads in place !!. Terrible
And the gears are a mess. Horrible. Now I have to take my bike to another place ans spent more money
Also the phone numer that is listed here, if you call them. The owner will answer with "Hello". And you are not sure if you are calling the wrong number or what. Very unprofessional.
I've known Mauricio a very long time and have lost track of what he was doing for the last few years. We met again a few weeks ago and he is still the looking like he could do the the Tour de Geo. His bike shop is great and you would be dealing with a previous racer from Columbia, not a steward or salesperson at a bigger shop. Remember folks, the smaller the better. We are not cookies on a cookie sheet. Best of luck Mauro....
