The men and women of this agency are some of the finest in the country. I have never seen any of them act in haste nor make wrong judgments. I support them wholeheartedly
I called them because someone was outside breaking into my car. An hour later no one showed up. My husband took care of the issue. Smh.
Their attitude is horrible, i understand if you hate your job but if you do then change your profession. I also understand that maybe they deal with rude people on a daily basis but they shouldnt treat everyone so rudely. I went in to report an issue with my compromised identity and was disregarded, when i asked them about what i needed to do and tried to turn in the affidavit i had, they had no clue on what it was and what the procedure should be. Avoid this place if you need some actual answers and help. Officers should be there to help and serve, not make matters worse.
TERRIBLE!! I don’t feel safe with these cops! My husband and I, along with our 2 babies were being followed in the evening in a Publix parking lot by 3 men on foot, as well as inside Publix. So we called the cops while we were inside. Let me first start off by saying that the phone rang for well over 2 minutes before someone answered...how do you call 911 and have to wait over 2 minutes for someone to answer? Are you kidding me?? Then we were told a police officer was on the way. 1 HOUR later, we called 911 AGAIN and there it went ringing 2 minutes again. We hung up and decided to speak with the armed security guard inside Publix. He was nice enough to walk us to our car and when we walked out of Publix, there were about 10 cops at the end of the parking lot just hanging outside of there cars talking and laughing. No one called us like the operator said they would and no one showed up. How are we supposed to trust these people that are supposed to make us feel safe? We were the perfect target for those individuals following us as we were going to take long putting our babies in the car. Now I see why some people just take matters into their own hands! Shame on the Cutler Bay Police!
I have been in Florida since June. I have to have my car's VIN checked, I have called these people 6 times, and every time there is no answer and I have left a message every time and they would not call me back so I can have my vin checked. You might ask me why I don't go there. The person on the phone told me it is the same if the person is not in his office. I am willing to go there... They should close this station.
