Dario Balda at the cutler bay location was phenomenal and has to be the best they have on staff there. Furniture shopping can sometimes be a little stressful and frustrating searching aimlessly in a big store but with Dario by your side it’s safe to say you’re in great hands. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on all the products we had questions for. He held our hand through the whole process and even followed up the day after just to check and make sure that we were happy with their purchase which of course we were. I would hands down recommend you go straight to him next time you go furniture shopping as we will definitely be doing the same on our next trip there!

Went to several places looking for furniture. Ashley wins hands down with selection and price. Upon entering we were met with a very friendly face who introduced herself as Allison Delgadillo. We told her we just wanted to look around and we would find her when ready. A few minutes later she casually checked on us and we had a question. She answered it quickly and then it actually became easier to let her shop with us. She pointed us to items we had totally missed. She nailed every aspect we were looking for and had a great sense of humor and made the process very enjoyable. She went out of her way, I feel like, to make sure we were happy with everything. We were dealing with Hurricane recovery and she really knocked it out of the park, so to speak.
