The store was very friendly they gave me so many options and made my day. The sofa that I wanted I was able to acquire. I cannot not wait to get into my reclining mode for FOOTBALL!!
Is the second time with issues here.
If I could rate lower, I would. I bought a new mattress at a 50% off sale. My husband and I waited 12 years to buy a new one and thought this was a great time to purchase. We bought a king size Serta memory foam. After 2 weeks, the top layer began bunching up with creases. They sent a customer service rep out to our house to take pictures. They agreed to exchange it for another of the same brand and model. After 2 weeks, we had the same problem. I’ve called the corporate office which tells me to call the Serta company, who then tells me to call the store. The manager was supposed to call us to see if we can pick out a better mattress for the sale price, but we’ve heard nothing. Can’t get the manager on the phone. We’ve been dealing with this for a few months now. I’m at my wits end. Do NOT buy a mattress from these people. So disappointed.

Manny (Manuel Peláez) was the worst customer service/sales agent in this location. when I called to change the mattress which made us sweat all night he gave me attitude and was a smart
Service is a mixed bag. Service is excellent when you're buying something, but when browsing and asking questions the sales associates start giving you all kinds of attittude. Most of them behave like used car salesmen. The showroom is nice though, and some associates are very polite and curteous. But beware of price gauging.
