I've been doing business with them for a few years, and I have not ever had any issues. The Cutler Bay store is run by competent employees, who dedicate themselves to providing quality service to a standard not found very often in this day and age. Silvia and Carlos provide a friendly and welcoming environment for their customers. I would definitely recommend this store to friends for appliance and furniture needs.
The "general manager" barely speaks English and does not know how to explain himself. I had a billing issue and he was not helpful and very rude. I do NOT recommend. They threatened me about taking furniture away even though it was THEIR fault for the billing issue on my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Amazing place for just about everything you need for home decor. Dealt with a young lady Heidy who was so sweet and handled everything I wanted/needed so smoothly. They had a large selection available for me to choose from as well as an additional selection that they could order in for me. Would definitely be going back for some more.
Although employees are friendly and helpful. It is a nightmare to make payments every month. Sofas going bad just within 2 years is unacceptable and insurance we paid doesn't even cover it. I paid more than $2500 for them, didn't expect to be the best but definitely last more than 2 yrs. Very disappointed with this purchase.
